Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 28 October 2026
Applicable Website: www.exunumsolutions.com

Exunum Strategic Solutions, LLC (“Exunum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website identified above (the “Site”), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy. This Policy applies only to the Site and not to information collected offline, through a separate written engagement, or through any third-party website we link to.

Our Site is primarily an informational and marketing website. It does not currently offer accounts, logins, e-commerce, online forms, or online payment, and we do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. If you email us using an address listed on the Site (for example, to ask a question or request a consultation) or schedule a meeting using our third-party booking service, we receive the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, the email address of any guests you add, employer or organization, and the contents of any message or note. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need it to respond to you or confirm your appointment.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website hosting provider automatically collects standard technical information through server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and settings, device and operating-system information, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate, secure, and maintain the Site.

Hosting and Infrastructure Security. Our website static files are hosted using Cloudflare Pages, a service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit our website, your traffic passes through Cloudflare’s global network to serve the pages securely and efficiently. Cloudflare may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses and security logs, strictly to protect our website against malicious attacks, DDoS threats, and automated bots. Any cookies deployed by Cloudflare are strictly necessary for the technical security and performance of the site and do not track personal behavior or cross-site activities. For more information, please review the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to: respond to your inquiries and consultation requests; communicate with you about Exunum and our services; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or misuse; and comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. Email and Marketing Communications

We will use your email address to respond to your inquiry. We will send marketing or promotional messages only where permitted by law, and any such message will identify Exunum, include a valid physical postal address, and offer a way to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we will stop sending marketing messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. We may share information: (a) with service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, IT, and communications, under obligations to protect the information; (b) as required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exunum, our users, or others, and to enforce our agreements; and (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please extend this caution to information entered when scheduling through Calendly. Please do not send confidential, sensitive, classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or export-controlled technical data to us through the Site, by unencrypted email, or through our third-party booking service.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with your information.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

New Hampshire residents. The New Hampshire Data Privacy Act (RSA Chapter 507-H) gives New Hampshire consumers certain rights over their personal data, including the rights to confirm whether we process their data; to access, correct, and delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising. Based on our current data practices and size, we do not believe we meet the thresholds that make the Act mandatory for us; nevertheless, we honor its core principles and will respond to verifiable requests as described below.

Other states. Residents of other states that have comprehensive privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia) may have similar rights under their state laws. To the extent any such law applies to us, we will honor the rights it grants.

How to exercise your rights. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may appeal a denial by replying to our response, and you may contact the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office if you have concerns about our handling of your request.

10. “Do Not Track” Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT and we do not track users across third-party websites for advertising, the Site does not currently respond differently to DNT signals.

11. Users Outside the United States

The Site is intended for users in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your location.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated Policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
